I am a Holistic Health Coach in the business of helping people live the life they’ve dreamed of. I believe that if you can see it, you can reach it. I believe health is about abundance and this is the vantage point I coach from. The journey to health is something to enjoy immensely, not a sentence of deprivation and restriction.
Through a holistic approach I support clients in their quests for health, wholeness, joy, and truth. Using nutrition as a starting point, clients team with me to tackle obstacles, face fears, and one day at a time, create new living patterns that topple years of blockage and hurdles. Together we build a formidable framework for a new, healthy path in life. This path is built from your unique strengths, preferences, creativity, and authentic expression.
At Seinberg Holistic Health Coaching each client receives support sculpted to them, honoring their singular life. No theory or formula will work for everyone, and no easy fix will dig deeply enough to prepare a complete and fruitful garden. Every client is a new beginning and every course of action will vary.

Individual Holistic Health Coaching
Clients meet me on Skype or by phone. I believe it takes about six months for solid, reliable new habits to really take root, but clients are free to work with me for any length of time they like. There is no length of definitive commitment at the outset. However, my schedule often gets booked, so it is suggested that clients book out a regular time session as their own for several months in advance, as it is much easier to change or cancel an appointment with me than it is to book your preferred times month to month.
