I am a Holistic Health Coach in the business of helping people live the life they’ve dreamed of. I believe that if you can see it, you can reach it. I believe health is about abundance and this is the vantage point I coach from. The journey to health is something to enjoy immensely, not a sentence of deprivation and restriction.

Through a holistic approach I support clients in their quests for health, wholeness, joy, and truth. Using nutrition as a starting point, clients team with me to tackle obstacles, face fears, and one day at a time, create new living patterns that topple years of blockage and hurdles. Together we build a formidable framework for a new, healthy path in life. This path is built from your unique strengths, preferences, creativity, and authentic expression.

At Seinberg Holistic Health Coaching each client receives support sculpted to them, honoring their singular life. No theory or formula will work for everyone, and no easy fix will dig deeply enough to prepare a complete and fruitful garden. Every client is a new beginning and every course of action will vary.

Ways to Get Some Support

Individual Holistic Health Coaching

Clients meet me on Skype or by phone. I believe it takes about six months for solid, reliable new habits to really take root, but clients are free to work with me for any length of time they like. There is no length of definitive commitment at the outset. However, my schedule often gets booked, so it is suggested that clients book out a regular time session as their own for several months in advance, as it is much easier to change or cancel an appointment with me than it is to book your preferred times month to month.

Two Peas in a Pod
I meet on video chat or conference call with couples inviting a wealth of change into their lives, relationships, and kitchens. Couples can be living in the same home or not. Couples can be partners, roommates, siblings, parent/child or friends. It can be such an inspiring adventure to make healthy changes with someone close to you. The support is built in to this adventure, growing the relationship itself and the chances of success along with it. PLUS these partner-in-divine-crime sessions are also easier on the ol’ Paypal. Clients can request dual or separate billing.

2x / month, 50 min : $375.00 ($25 savings over single sessions)

Custom Coaching
Custom coaching can include the regular coaching sessions, but also on-site visits, grocery shopping support, in-house cooking lessons and recipes booklets.
The client and coach come together and customize a plan that goes beyond video and phone coaching. This may include more than one session per week in order to build an iron clad foundation and other specific needs to cater to the clients strengths.
Pricing for custom coaching is worked out between the client and the coach on a case by case basis. After consultation, pricing is furnished upon request.
Clients are billed at the beginning of the month and have 30 days to remit payment. Total rates are per month. All digital payment will also include an administrative fee.

* I believe EVERYONE deserves healthcare. Because health insurance often doesn’t cover coaching, I have taken steps since my practice opened to make sure this is a place everyone can come. Individual options retain schedule slots for sliding scale and bartering options for twice a month meetings for six months at a time. This will always be the case, so please write to me if you’d like to work together.
The regular price for one session is $140.
Sliding scale runs from $90-$139 based on need.
I always assume that respect for each others’ time and work has been figured into this important relationship. As the client’s financial situation changes, which it often does, check-ins can reflect a change in payment.
I also hold 2 scholarship spaces at any given time in my schedule which are also 2 sessions/month for 6 months. Bartering is also an option for scholarship coaching.
